Dear All, I want to wish you a healthy, peaceful, and cosy holiday period.
These are challenging times we are going through, but together, I am sure, we can overcome these challenges, as long as our intentions and spirit remains positive and strong. I wish you to be able to spend time, whether with your family and friends, either in their presence or virtually, or with music, books, art, or anything else which is dear to your heart!
I apologise that I have been silent for a few months, after quite an intense period since the first lockdown. I was actually incredibly busy; recording, mixing and producing my new music which I will be releasing and presenting to you next year. It has been very exciting for me to learn new production and recording skills, as until now I only worked 'on the other side' with engineers and producers. Starting to self-produce, learning software and technology set-ups was very exciting, testing at times and, of course, time consuming.
I also put a lot of creative energy into Piano-Yoga® (www.piano-yoga.com), releasing video tutorials ('Transform Your Practice') a 4.5 hour video course for musicians, which combines music, yoga and NLP strategies, based on my holistic approach to playing piano and learning music as well as 'Transform Your Hands', my Piano-Yoga® book which was first published in 2009, which received wonderful reviews from the Britsh and international press ('5 stars' by Piano Professional and 'The new technique to emerge in the last 50 years' by Yoga and Health Magazine). I also developed my Piano-Yoga® YouTube channel, where I regularly offer educational piano-yoga® content.
I only gave one interview in the past 6 months, in a 30 minute podcast for Yoga Alliance Professional, where I mention some of the aspects of my life, which so far I have not made public until now: talking about resilience, and growing up in the Soviet Union. You can listen to the interview here.

What this year has taught me, is as lovely as material things can be, creative, educational and inspirational things are those which really enrich my life, especially during lockdowns.
